This Option to Purchase Real Property Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of , 2022, by and between the City of Lincoln, Nebraska, a Nebraska political subdivision (“Seller”), and Mural Nebraska, LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company and its successors and assigns (collectively “Buyer”). Seller and Buyer shall sometimes hereinafter be referred to collectively as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party”.
