The general purpose of this Agreement is to establish mutually satisfactory employment relations between the Employer and the Association and to provide a means for the prompt settlement of disputes. Salaries and hours of work and other conditions of employment are mutually establishedby this Collective Agreement. It is recognized that nurses wish to work co-operatively with the Employer to provide the best possible community health services.
