The purpose of this Agreement is to promote co-operation and harmony between the Employer, the employees and the Union and to secure for the parties, the full benefits of orderly collective bargaining, to recognize mutual interests and to provide a channel through which information and concerns may be transmitted from one to the other and to provide an amicable method for the prompt disposition of all grievances, to eliminate interruption of work and interference with the efficient operation of the Employer's business and to set forth the conditions of employment to be observed by the employees, the Union and the Employer.
