Cotner Blvd., Lincoln, NE 68505 (hereinafter “Contractor”) and the City of Lincoln, Lancaster County and the City of Lincoln- Lancaster County Public Building Commission (hereinafter “Owners”), for the purpose of amending the Contract dated September 26, 2017 executed under City Directorial Order No. 17855, and County Contract C-17-0767, dated September 26, 2017, and executed by the City of Lincoln-Lancaster County Public Building Commission, on October 10, 2017 , for Annual Supply - Envelope Supply and Printing, Bid No. 17-247, which is made a part of this amendment by this reference.
