１． The minimum number of total participants for both K to K and D to K races combined is 185 people. If the number of applicants does not reach 185, the event will be canceled. This decision will be made on April 30th. If the decision to cancel has been made, the Organizer will inform applicants of the cancelation immediately, and refund travel expenses (excluding the entrance fee).
