This Settlement Agreement is entered into in the above-captioned class action lawsuit (“Action”) this 22nd day of February, 2022, by and between Plaintiffs, David A. Coates and Benita Hatfield, individually and on behalf of all members of the Settlement Class defined below (collectively “Plaintiffs”), and Defendant, Kentucky Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company (“KFB”), by and through the Parties’ respective attorneys of record. Subject to the approval of the Court, the Parties agree to a settlement of all claims in the Action brought by the Plaintiffs against Defendant.
