Engineer/Surveyor, and , Licensed Master Well Driller, to serve as my agents to locate well drilling sites approval in accordance to the Master Development Plan for the previously indicated subdivision(s). Such siting will be made in recognition of spacing, elevation, and setback requirements as indicated in the Well Construction Regulations C.O.M.A.R. 26.04.04, the Sewage Disposal and Certain Water Systems for Homes and Other Establishments C.O.M.A.R. Regulations 26.04.02, and the Code of Regulations of Baltimore County C.O.B.A.R.
