AECOM Technical Services, Inc. (AECOM) is pleased to provide the following proposal to North Shore Water Reclamation District (Client) for the planned reservoir near the Lake Bluff Pumping Station at Lake Bluff Beach. A detailed description of the project scope of services and background is presented in Part I of this proposal. Client responsibilities are outlined in Part II. The project cost and estimated schedule are provided in Part III. A copy of the agreed upon standard terms and conditions with AECOM are provided in Part IV.
