THIS AGREEMENT is entered into as of the day of 2018, by and between the United States Field Hockey Association, a Colorado nonprofit corporation (“USFHA”), and (“Exhibitor”), which will allow Exhibitor to demonstrate and sell its wares during the 2018 National Hockey Festival (“Event”).
