By enrolling as a CYDEF Partner, the company or entity (“you”, “your” or “Partner”) that has entered into the Partner Agreement (“Agreement”) agrees to be bound by these CYDEF Partner Terms of Service, which are supplementary to, form part of, and are governed by, the CYDEF Standard Terms of Service available at [LINK] in addition to any other documents, terms and conditions (as each may be modified) that are referenced in the Agreement.
