Terms and Conditions of Purchase, GeneralTerms and Conditions of Purchase • November 15th, 2017
This document, together with the attachments, Terms and Conditions, Supplement 1 and Terms and Conditions, Supplement 2, appended hereto, when specified on the face of the Purchase Order, constitutes the “Terms and Conditions” for the Contract between the parties; purchases are made only on these Terms and Conditions, and acceptance is strictly limited to these Terms and Conditions. Additional or differing terms, conditions or limitations of liability proposed by Seller, whether in a quote, acceptance or delivery document are hereby objected to by Buyer, and shall have no effect unless accepted in writing by Buyer. In particular, any limitation of liability or disclaimer of warranty is expressly rejected. Agreement by Seller to furnish the goods or services following receipt of these Terms and Conditions, or Seller’s commencement of such performance or acceptance of payment shall constitute acceptance by Seller of these Terms and Conditions.
