This Letter of Agreement is for an initial term of one year, during which time the Vicar will be the priest with oversight of the Church. Prior to the conclusion of the initial term, there shall be an evaluation of the ministry. At the conclusion of the evaluation, and with the consent of the Bishop, this agreement may be renewed on a year-to-year basis.
