Agreement is made and entered into by and between the City of Los Angeles, a municipal corporation, acting by and through its Department of Water and Power (LADWP) and the City of Burbank, a municipal corporation, acting by and through its Burbank Water and Power (BWP), hereinafter referred to individually as “Party,” and collectively as “Parties.”
