Prometha® License Agreement and Terms of Use Pursuant to a separate purchase agreement, the licensee identified below (“Licensee”) has purchased or is purchasing Cleaver-Brooks boiler room equipment (“Equipment”). The Equipment includes hardware permitting visualization and remote monitoring of the operation and system, which may be accessed through Cleaver-Brook’s Prometha® platform (“Platform”). Licensee desires to access and use the Platform pursuant to the terms of this License Agreement and Terms of Use (“Agreement”). Licensee expressly agrees that its use of the Platform is subject to the terms of this Agreement. By signing below, Licensee’s representative represents and warrants that it has the authority to enter into this Agreement and that Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
