Synergistic Resources (as defined below) and the Customer (as defined below) have agreed the terms under which Synergistic Resources will provide certain Services (as defined below) to the Customer, the terms governing that arrangement being set out in a Contract consisting of these Terms and Conditions read together with an associated and countersigned Work Order and any attached Appendices.
