Rockefeller Empire State Plaza, Albany, New York 12242, and ISS Action, Inc. (hereinafter “Contractor”), with offices at 158-12 Rockaway Blvd., Jamaica, NY 11434. The foregoing are collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
