This Facility Use Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of this 24th day of April, 2024 (“Effective Date”) by and between the City of Coachella, a California general law city and municipal corporation (“City”), and Super Bailes, LLC dba Frias Presents, a California limited liability company with its principal place of business at 21601 Balerma, Mission Viejo, CA 92692 (“Permittee”). City and Permittee are sometimes individually referred to herein as “Party” and collectively as “Parties.”
