This Data Protection Addendum (“Addendum“) between Solytics Partners Inc. (“Solytics”) and the Customer (as defined in the Agreement) forms part of the Solytics Partners Inc. Terms of Service as set forth in the written or electronic agreement incorporating this Addendum, in each case governing Customer’s access to and use of the Software/Services (the “Agreement”).
