THIS AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between Fort Bend County Drainage District, a body corporate and politic under the laws of the State of Texas, acting herein by and through the Fort Bend County Commissioners Court, hereinafter referred to as “District,” and LJA ENGINEEING, INC., hereinafter referred to as “Contractor,” authorized to conduct business in the State of Texas. District and Contractor may be referred to individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
