The4X, as a Company, has undertaken all essential measures and done all actions needed to safeguard and protect Clients’ funds. Clients’ funds are received in the Company’s segregated Client bank Account. In the unlikely event of a Company default there is no way for these funds to be used to pay back any creditors as are off the balance sheet. The Company maintains operational and Client bank Accounts with reputable and credible banking institutions.
