This Third Party Access, Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made effective this day of , 20 (the “Effective Dave”) by and between the Greater Fairbanks Board of REALTORS® MLS (“FAIRBANKS”), an Alaska Corporation; the real estate firm whose name and contact information appear on the signature page of this Agreement designated “Firm Information and Signature” (the Firm) and companies/individuals whose names and contact information appear on the signature pages of this Agreement designated “Vendor Information and Signature” (“Vendor”).
