This Professional Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between the City of Cheyenne, located at 2101 O’Neil Avenue, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82001 (“City”), and Patrick Engineering Inc., located at 4970 Varsity Drive, Lisle, Illinois 60532 (“Consultant”). This Agreement shall become effective upon the date of the last signature affixed hereto.
