This BUYERS’ AGENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), dated as of , 2015, is being entered into by and among the POWER AND WATER RESOURCES POOLING AUTHORITY, a joint powers authority and a public entity organized under the laws of the State of California (“PWRPA”), as “Buyers’ Agent,” and the PITTSBURG POWER COMPANY, a joint powers agency organized and existing under the laws of the State of California (“Pittsburg Power”), the EASTSIDE POWER AUTHORITY, a joint powers authority and a public entity organized under the laws of the State of California (“Eastside”), and CITY OF MORENO VALLEY, a California municipal corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of California (“Moreno Valley”).
