This Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) made this 28th day of July , 2020, by and between the County Commissioners for Calvert County, Maryland, (hereinafter the “County”) and the College of Southern Maryland (hereinafter “CSM”), on behalf of its Maryland Small Business Development Center (hereinafter “SBDC”) Program. The period of this MOU is effective from July 1, 2020, through June 30, 2021. This MOU replaces the previous MOU dated June 25, 2019.
