On October 1, 2019, the Milwaukee Board of School Directors and Milwaukee Area Technical College entered into Professional Services Contract number C028927 (“Contract”), with a term of October 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020. The Contract was previously extended from July 1, 2020 through September 9, 2020 The Contract, (¶ 2), provided for two additional one-year extensions upon mutual written consent of the parties. The parties now mutually agree to extend the Contract for the first one-year term.
