This Amended and Restated Convention Center Parking Agreement (this “Agreement”), made and entered into this day of , 2013, by and among the CITY OF ARLINGTON, TEXAS (the “City”), a duly incorporated home rule city of the State of Texas, and BALLPARK REAL ESTATE, L.P., a Texas limited partnership (“BRE”). The City and BRE are sometimes referred to herein collectively as the “Parties” or singularly as a “Party”.
