If designated as a Construction Contract above, the City has solicited informal bids and selected Contractor to perform the work in accordance with Article 3 of Chapter 2, Part 3, Division 2 (commencing with Section 22030) of the California Public Contract Code and Article 12-15 of the City of Saratoga Municipal Code.
