Award and authorize the Director of Public Works to execute the following agreements to be financed from the Fiscal Year 2002-03 Road and Flood Funds. The agreements will provide “as-needed” environmental assessment and remediation services for a one-year period commencing on the date of the initial Notice to Proceed, with two, one-year renewal options to be exercised by the Director. Renewal will be exercised based upon remaining funding available and the level of satisfaction with the services provided.
