subscription between Documill Oy, a Finnish corporation having a principal place of business in Finland (“Documill”) and the subscribed client and its affiliates (the “Client”). Client’s SaaS subscription (subject to the payment of the Subscription fee and the provisions for termination set out in this Agreement) shall be deemed Client’s agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
