These pilot terms (the “Terms”) by and between Commure, Inc. (“Commure”) and the customer listed on the Order Form incorporating these Terms by reference (“Customer”) govern Customer’s use of the Subscription Services during the Pilot Period. Commure and Customer are referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”. These Terms come into effect on the Effective Date set forth in Order Form incorporating them.
