THIS LABORATORY USE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made as of the date of the last signature below (the “Effective Date”) by and between the Joint School of Nanoscience and Nanoengineering (“JSNN”) which is an academic collaboration between North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University (“N.C. A&T”) and The University of North Carolina Greensboro (“UNCG”), and _____________________________________________ (“User”), who is not a JSNN, N.C. A&T or UNCG student or employee. JSNN and User may be referenced collectively in this Agreement as the “Parties” or each individually as a “Party.”
