This Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of , 20 (the “Effective Date”), by and between the CITY OF MILTON, GEORGIA, a municipal corporation of the State of Georgia, acting by and through its governing authority, the Mayor and City Council, located at 2006 Heritage Walk, Milton, GA 30004 hereinafter referred to as the “City”), and SWEEPING CORPORATION OF AMERICA, INC., a Tennessee corporation, having its principal place of business in Georgia at 6150 Nichols Drive, Mableton, GA 30126 (herein after referred to as the “Consultant”), collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.”
