This Construction Contract (“Contract”) for the 2023 Street Maintenance Project (“Project”) is made and entered into on this day of 2023 (“Effective Date”) by and between the City of Wilsonville, a municipal corporation of the State of Oregon (hereinafter referred to as the “City”), and S-2 Contractors Inc., an Oregon corporation (hereinafter referred to as “Contractor”).
