THIS SEVENTH AMENDMENT to the Airport Management Agreement For the Operation and Maintenance of the Taos Regional Airport, dated effective December 16, 2019 (hereafter “Airport Maintenance Agreement”), by and between the TOWN OF TAOS, a New Mexico municipal corporation, whose address is 400 Camino de la Placitas, Taos, New Mexico 87571 (“TOWN”) and TAOS AVIATION SERVICES, INC., a New Mexico corporation (“the FBO OPERATOR”) (collectively referred to hereafter as “the Parties”), is made and effective as of the date of the last signature hereto (the “Effective Date”). Except as otherwise indicated, defined terms in this Extension Agreement shall have the same meaning as in the Airport Management Agreement. In consideration of the foregoing and the mutual covenants contained herein, the TOWN and the FBO OPERATOR agree as follows:
