This subcontract is made and entered into this day of , 2024 by and between Multi-Purpose Community Action Agency, hereinafter referred to as the Agency, and _____________________________ herein after referred to as the Subcontractor, to perform weatherization services funded through the U.S. Department of Energy and the Low Income Home Energy Assistance by (1) the State Energy Efficiency Programs Improvement Act of 1990, P.L. 101-440, Title 10 CFR, Part 440, as amended; and (2) the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Act of 1981 Title XXVI of Public Law 97-35 as supplemented by Title 45 CFR Part 96, Subpart H, as amended.
