This Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into by and between the GILA COUNTY LIBRARY DISTRICT, hereinafter referred to as the “District,” and the Town of Payson, Arizona, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as the “TOWN”, and shall be for a period commencing July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022. (The District and the TOWN shall be collectively referred to hereafter as “the Parties” and individually as a “Party”).
