Except as may otherwise be negotiated by the parties and agreed to in writing in the Contract (defined below), the following terms and conditions (the “Conditions”) shall apply to all sales of Bunker Fuel by AL IRAQIYA SHIPPING SERVICES & OIL TRADING (hereinafter referred as AISSOT). Each delivery shall constitute a separate contract. In the event of any conflict between the provisions hereof and of the Contract, the provisions of the Contract shall prevail. Unless a challenge to the Sales Agreement is made by the Buyer to the Seller within one Working Day of the Sales Confirmation being sent to the Buyer, then it shall be deemed that the Buyer has accepted the Sales Agreement in its entirety.
