Thank you for choosing the Mandolay Hotel to host your wedding. The Mandolay Hotel is a trading name of William and Stephen Hay of the Mandolay Hotel, 36-40 London Road, Guildford, GU1 2AE (“the Hotel”). These terms and conditions set out the agreement between the Hotel and the bride and groom recorded on the written Confirmation of Booking your wedding and / or wedding reception / Special Event, (“you” and “your”). These Terms and Conditions and your written Booking Confirmation set out the entire agreement between you and the Hotel and shall prevail in the event of any conflict with any promotional materials, website and other Hotel literature.
