This Contract is between JONES MONTESSORI ACADEMY, LLC, doing business as DISCOVER ME MONTESSORI (hereinafter the “School”) and the parent(s) or legal guardian(s) (referred to as “Parent,” which term includes the singular or plural, as applicable) of (hereinafter “Student”). All persons signing this Contract are jointly and severally liable for the tuition and fees set forth herein.
