THIS PARKING METER PILOT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) made this day of November, 2014 (“Effective Date”), by and between the City of East Lansing whose principal place of business and address is 410 Abbot Road, East Lansing, MI 48823 (hereinafter called the “City”) and MacKay Meters, Inc. a Florida corporation, whose principal place of business and address is 1342 Abercrombie Road, New Glasgow, Nova Scotia, Canada B2H 5C6 (hereinafter called “MacKay”).
