This Wireless Interconnection and Reciprocal Compensation Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of the day of , 2009 (“Effective Date”), by and between Beehive Telephone Company, Inc. (“BEEHIVE”), and T-Mobile USA, Inc. (“T-MOBILE”). BEEHIVE and T-MOBILE are referred to individually as “Party” and together as “Parties” to this Agreement.
