This Class and Representative Action Settlement Agreement and Release (“Agreement”) encompasses two actions, Miller v. Amazon.com, LLC, Alameda Superior Court Case No. RG17856888 (“Miller PAGA Action”); and Miller v. Amazon.com, LLC, U.S.D.C.
