The below terms and conditions as set out in these Membership Terms and Conditions and any document referred to in them, as amended in accordance with its terms (Terms) are between Lee Jamrozy Medical Holdings Pty Ltd ACN 611 374 031 trading as JSA Gym, its successors and assignees (referred to as “we”, “us” or “our”) and you, the person, organisation or entity that uses or purchases the Membership Services from us (referred to as “you” or “your”), and collectively the parties. These Terms will apply to all Membership services provided by us to you, or to your child.
