The IM contains information about investing in the Fund. You should read the IM before applying for units in the Fund. Terms not defined in this Subscription Agreement have the same meaning given to them in the Trust Deed unless the context requires otherwise. The Fund is only available to wholesale clients (as that term is defined in the Corporations Act).
