This order (hereinafter “order”) is for the purchase and sale of goods and services described on the face of this order (hereinafter “goods") issued by Hach Company (hereinafter “Buyer”). Acceptance of this order will be limited to the terms and conditions contained herein and incorporated herein by reference. This order will be deemed accepted upon the return of the acknowledgment copy of this order or the commencement of performance by Seller. Buyer rejects any additional or inconsistent terms and conditions offered by Seller at any time, whether or not such terms or conditions materially alter the order and irrespective of Buyer's acceptance of or payment for Seller's goods or services. Any reference to Seller’s quotation, bid or proposal does not imply acceptance of any term, condition, or instruction contained in such document.
