These terms and conditions, (as updated or amended from time to time) (the “General Terms and Conditions”) together with the Energy Supply Contract, the Schedules attached thereto if any, and any Special Conditions, constitute the entire Agreement between LCC Group Limited trading as Go Power (Go Power) and the Customer. A reference to this Agreement is a reference to these General Terms and Conditions (as updated or amended from time to time), the Energy Supply Contract and includes the Schedules, Special Conditions, or such other agreement or document as varied or novated (in each case, other than in breach of the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions) from time to time.
