THIS AGREEMENT, entered into this 26th day of September, 2019, by and between the TOWN OF PRESCOTT VALLEY, a municipal corporation of Arizona, (“Town”), and Mr. Paul Pounds dba Penny’s Place (hereinafter “Concessionaire”);
