This document was signed in Zagreb, in June 24th, 2003 and it was published in the official gazette in February 16th, 2005. The Convention entered into force in December 21th, 2004 and its provisions shall have effect in respect of taxes on income obtained and amount paid, credited to an account, put at the disposal or accounted as an expense, on or after the first day of January 2005.
