THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this day of August, 2024, by and between the City of Joplin, Missouri, a Missouri Municipal Corporation, hereinafter referred to as “City,” and Springfield Sign and Graphics Inc., a Missouri Corporation, d/b/a Springfield Sign, hereinafter referred to as “Consultant,” and with City and Consultant being referred to collectively as “the Parties.”
