This Amendment to the Agreement for Reimbursement for Personnel Costs for the County Victim Services Program Grant, hereinafter referred to as “SECOND THIRD AMENDMENT,” is made and entered into upon execution of all necessary signatures between the COUNTY OF ORANGE, a political subdivision of the State of California, hereinafter referred to as “GRANTOR,” and Court Appointed Special Advocates Orange County, a nonprofit corporation, hereinafter referred as “GRANTEE,” referred to collectively as “PARTIES” or individually as “PARTY.”
